Inspiration Tuesday: Wishlist

This week's inspiration is more of a wishlist! I'm a horrible internet window shopper, and I constantly make lists of things I'd love to buy if I ever have money. Of course, when I do have expendable cash (ha ha) I completely forget what I wanted. So here is a little list of things I'm loving this week.

From Etsy:
 1. Vintage Denim Skirt from factoryhandbook
2. Black Cowboy Boots from HoneyBlossomStudio
3. Mermaid Ring from CandleBrightCreation

This vintage denim skirt is adorable- a little bit hipster, a little bit country. I have been drooling over cowboy boots lately! They are so cute yet so versatile. I think I need a pair and HoneyBlossomStudio has a huge selection of shoes. As you know I love my spoon rings from CandleBrightCreation, so when I saw this mermaid one I knew I had to favorite it.

 1. Vintage 80's Duffel Bag from marjiew
2. Khaki Green Hippie Shirt from BrokenGhostClothing
3. Grey Japanese Sleeve Bolero from kupukupuapparel

I really need a large, cute bag for my over night trips to my parents or to my friends in Boston, and I love this vintage 80's duffel bag. This khaki shirt from BrokenGhostClothing is just dreamy- kind of rocker meets fairy tale meets hippie. Very tough but with a girlie edge. I love this grey bolero from kupukupuapparel! It would go with so many things and it looks really warm.

 1. 80's Boyfriend Sweater from factoryhandbook
2. Mexican Embroidered Dress in Aqua from Sirenology
3. Vintage Striped Tee from VonlenskaVintage
4. Aviator Purple Cardi from NestEggVintage

I've been looking for vintage cardigans online, even though I probably won't buy them, because the textures and colors are always so much more interesting than modern cardigans. I love the 80's Boyfriend Sweater from factoryhandbook and the Aviator cardi from NestEggVintage. I've always wanted an embroidered Mexican dress, and this aqua one from Sirenology is the perfect color. And this striped tee! It looks so worn in and perfect, and the hardness of the stripes against the soft design is dreamy.

From Pinterest: Ink
 1. Art Music & Love, Pinned Here
2. Watercolor Lady, Pinned Here
3. Watercolor Flowers, Pinned Here

I've been having major tattoo envy so I thought I'd share with you my top three from Pinterest. I love the watercolor ones especially because they look like they just grew on the person rather than someone drew them there. Know what I mean?

From Pinterest: Hair
 1. Asymmetrical Cut, Pinned Here
2. Black and White Cut, Pinned Here
3. Green Pixie Cut,  Pinned Here

Because I'm having so many issues with my hair (mostly because it was bleached too much), I'm probably going to have to get it cut. I really don't want to, but I have been keeping up with pinterest for short hair inspiration. I love the asymmetrical cut in the first pic, and I think the black and white dye job in the second pic is just lovely, but the bright green pixie in the third pic is my favorite. I just keep coming back to that image- I love her hair and necklaces so much! What a great photo. I don't think I would ever do a pixie again anytime soon, but she's got me thinking about it.

 1. Orange Layered Bob, Pinned Here
2. Purple Curly Bob, Pinned Here

I never did achieve my dream orange color think fall, but that's okay. I'm tired of processing my hair and my hair is certainly tired of being processed. I love the layers in this orange bob, and the purple curly bob is probably something similar to what I'll end up doing. I know you always wish you had what you don't have, but I seriously want straighter hair. I love so many of these short cuts that only look good with straight hair.

From Pinterest: Apparel
 1. Red Band Jacket, Pinned Here
2. Free People Shirt Dress, Pinned Here
3. Thunderbird Denim Jacket, Pinned Here
4. Denim Bracelet, Pinned Here

I love that band jacket in the first pic and am considering trying to DIY something similar. I REALLY want that Free People shirt dress because it's adorable. That denim jacket with the studded thunderbird is amazing and I really want to make that bracelet (my mom showed it to me!).

So that is what I'm looking at this week for inspiration. How about you? Anything in particular that you're loving?

Until Next Time!

  1. Hehe, thank you :D
There's a story behind it :3. My hubby sometimes calls our pet iguana "raptor" and the ig likes to lazy in a position with his arms and legs back, like a skijumper rocket position ;3.
    Following your back!
Oh, and I love the hairstyles you have picked up!!!!

  2. I love the green pixie cut. I have a Mexican dress I'm willing to send you, but you would need to dye it to get it this color. Let me know.

  4. Lara- that is awesome. And yay for new friends!! :-) I really love these hair styles. I'm going to need to get mine trimmed soon, so I've been looking at hair pics a lot.

Terri- Isn't that cut ADORABLE? If I hadn't just spent a few years trying to grow my hair out I would totally cut it all off. I am very interested in the mexican dress you have. :-)

    Shybiker- aww. Thank you. :-)
