It was finally cool enough to break out a light pair of boots! I've worn these boots a lot, but they used to look like this. While I was sick this week, I decided to re-do the lace on them. I took off the red, added a really pale mint green and then I took the red laces off and added black. They are going a little wonky now that I've ripped the back panel off so many times. I might need to fix them again later. The necklace is a bracelet that my friend gave me and I just clasped it to a necklace.
I love this look.
While working on my secret project, I've gotten to know someone named Frankie, who is pretty much another side of myself. This is such a Frankie outfit. She would definitely approve. I can't wait to introduce you guys. I love her, and I know you will, too. (I know you've probably guessed what the secret project is, but just play along. You'll like it, I promise.)
Gotta work tomorrow and then catch up on my homework, so you probably won't hear anything out of me until next week. I hope you have a fabulous weekend!!

ReplyDeleteI really love the vest over the dress - I've been wanting to sew a vest for a while, but I wasn't sure how I would wear it. But I could just wear it over my dresses!

I seriously heart this outfit so much. That dress is gorgeous! I love everything in this outfit though- that vest rocks, your boots look incredible & that little star necklace is really cute. I actually really want to get the Lisette pattern after seeing your dresses!
